Property Details
     The picture above shows a bird's eye view of the property. There are twenty-three buildings - 1 single family, and 22 duplexes.  All together there are 45 rental units including:  24 two-bedroom units, 14 three-bedroom units, and 7 four-bedroom units.  Two of the three bedroom units have handicap accommodations including elevators (Striper and Sorwfish Cottages).  
     The buildings are numbered 1-23 starting from the single family unit on Little Kinnakeet Circle. All of the units have been named after fish, birds, and shells.
